- Carla S Added July 03, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had never used a travel agent before but wanted to take Covid precautions, figuring they knew more than me. I wouldn’t use this store. The agent was nice in booking a flight and taking money, until the time I needed help.
Through an issue in the destination country (which I googled, the agent didn’t know), I had to cancel the flights and change plans quickly. The emails I received were blunt short and uninterested, one let me know there were others more important than me as they were travelling first. I was advised I’d only receive a credit.
I called customer relations who were great, profusely apologised and instructed the store to refund me. They advised further customer service training would be provided and I’d be called by the store to discuss outcome and refund. No call and automated emails to sort my refund.
