  I may just be unlucky but every time I've gone (usually Thursday nights) it's been an bad experience. Rude or apathetic staff make you wonder why you bothered coming in and waiting half an hour or more for some sub par coffee/hot chocolate and payed through the nose for the pleasure. The actual chocolate dishes and churro tastes alright, I mean it's pretty hard to stuff up. But it's so expensive for what it is. The quality is low, the staff suck and it's expensive. If there was one other place to get coffee before a movie this place would close down.
