  Carolyn and the team at Wiseberry Penrith are the utmost real estate professionals.
  
  Carolyn was very open with her communication with myself whilst purchasing my property and she was very approachable and easy to deal with.
  
  Whilst buying property can be a stressful time, Carolyn’s professionalism with purchasing the property made this process very stress free and I am very appreciative.
  
  I’m very happy with the property I have purchased through Wiseberry Penrith.

  Wiseberry Real estate has been an absolutely amazing and positive experience for me. I first interacted with Marietta mid 2018, looking to get back into the property market. At that time the market was moving really fast and the agents were really busy, but Marietta took the time to make herself familiar with my situation and I felt like she wanted to become my personal assistant to find the most suitable property for me.
  
  During that time, while other agents gave little attention to me (ironically other agents were too busy selling homes, to sell a home to me) Not Marietta, even while the market was moving quickly, she still made the time to contact me and tried to offer properties that might suit me and look at alternative locations to suit my needs.
  
  Even after my first attempt at the search for property, Marietta would make contact with me from time to time, She was very friendly and caring and it felt like a phone call from a friend, there was no pressure for a sale.
  
  Fast forward to 2019, I jumped back into the search for property and re-connected with Marietta, she remembered me and was recalled all of my situation and requirements for property and was straight onto helping me out. And at the risk of sounding 'cheesy', I felt Marietta held not only my best interests at hand with purchase, but also balanced it out with getting a fair outcome for the seller. I ended up buying the property recommended and I am about to complete settlement in about 3 weeks!
  
  I am really happy with the outcome and really happy with the service from Marietta and the office staff in Wiseberry. I highly recommend Wiseberry and Marietta to anyone wanting this kind of high quality service.

  Carolyn of Wiseberry Penrith property management team is very responsible, and she always keep in touch with the landlord and keep us posted for everything. Our previous long-term tenants moved out recently and Carolyn is making extra effort to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and rented out to the new tenants in a timely manner. She also pays a lot of attention to the details. As the landlord, I'm really happy with her service. Thank you Carolyn. You did a great job.

  Georgia is a fantastic rental manager to take care of my property and make all sorts of problems easily solved. She is friendly, good communication and professional. I do really appreciate her effort. Georgia is the best  in my heart. Highly recommended

  I am so grateful for Marietta at Wiseberry Penrith. I am a first home buyer and really struggled trusting agents in Real estate. I was out bided 28 times, I looked at 60 homes in 2 months and when I met Marietta and told her my story, she door knocked for me, kept in contact with me, she was honest and real, she is blunt but in a very refreshing and educating way - I valued this so much because it gave me hope and I trusted her. Surely enough she found me a house within my budget and she moved quickly and saw the sale all the way through. I am now living in my first home which I absolutely love, I will never forget how much effort Marietta went through for me and I couldn't recommend her enough.

  They did not sell my house ,my house and it went stale .
  Please please .. ask them about the out standing money for the advertising that you will have to pay if they don't sell your house it cost me nearly $2,000. Don't think they are doing you any favour and be aware if you are selling. DONT BREEZE THROUGH THEIR PAPPER WORK.
  all Wiseberry are not the same .Don't get stung.

  i wouldn't usually write a review but seeing the ones that are here makes me feel like i should have my say. I've given two properties to Chris at Wiseberry Penrith, the first one in Bradbury and then another in Rosemeadow. i was impressed from the start with how well he handled the whole transaction. there was no stuffing about, he was professional, he presented a me with several strategies we could pursue to reach the price i wanted and in the end i got it.
  
  i must leave special mentions to his off-sider Carrie-Anne, particularly with the Bradbury house... this women went above and beyond sorting out the troubles i had with that property, getting it ready for market after it was trashed by the tenants i had had in there.
  
  id say 10/10 for service,10/10 for there real estate ability and know how
  and, while its bad practice to every trust a real estate agent too much i must honestly say that given how hungry Chris seems to be to make a name for himself and his office i would 100% trust him and his agency to put at all times, my interests at the forefront of any decision made.

  Failed to sell our house. Only strategy for sale was open home, after open home, after open home and just wait for the strong market to do their job for them.
  Strongly suspect the "leads" , "inquiries" and "offers" we were told about were fictional.
  
  Promised to deliver paperwork. Never did. Promised to supply an aromatic candle for the open homes. Never did. Promised a weekly report on internet activity. Done once only. Promised a weekly call on interest and activity. More like a call to ask if we'd drop the price.
  
  Seemed more interested in having a chat each Saturday than making a sale.
  Then the Sales person resigned and we weren't even informed!
  
  After we took it off the market they (again) promised to get us the candle and send the invoice for marketing expenses. We received neither. 3 months later we received a letter from their solicitors collecting on the debt!
  They never return phone calls, treat you like crap when you get miffed about the fact they never return calls and then engage debt collectors when they can't even post an invoice like a real business!
  
  What a waste of time AND money! Avoid at all costs! You'd have better luck with a Gumtree ad written by a eight year old.
