  Did not think service like this existed anymore! what a surprise...these guys are friendly & very helpful, they actually respond to your questions....i have never come across wreckers like this before & have tried many from Oz to New Zealand... i highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed, looking forward to using them again soon. 10 out of 10

  Great experience here, the starter motor in my swift died and not only did they have a part in stock, it was near new and reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and had a great attitude, I really appreciate the help! Will definitely be coming back in future :)

  After a little mishap with our car we were looking for some body parts and a friend suggested to contact NewModelWreckers.
  They were incredibly responsive and I would like to give a shout out to Vince, who was very patient in answering my many questions and super helpful in getting the required parts - which to our luck even were in the same color of our car - and had them shipped to our repairer, all at a fair price.
  While we hope not to be needing their services again (anytime soon) we have no hesitation in recommending New Model Wreckers to anybody looking for quality used car parts.

  Spoke to a bloke on the phone regarding a screen replacement, he was kind enough to properly explain auto electrician process, but says if screen doesn’t that’s on me and not them because he’s got footage of it working. When asked about process/solutions if screen doesn’t work, he again said I will have working footage, and when asked about footage reliability (old, before/after, quality etc) - his response was “if it doesn’t work, buy a new screen bro”. Fantastic service :)
