- Josh Brown Added June 07, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely disgusting experience. Had my eyes tested, all good. Ordered new sunglasses, sunglass prescription lenses and new glasses lenses. Came back a week later to find glasses lenses were not ordered for whatever reason. Tried to size my glasses which again did not work and asked me to submit my glasses to get sent in. Handed them in on Monday 19th and was told either 21St or 22Nd as I had no other prescriptions the same. Was then told 23Rd to 26Th. At this point was suffering huge migraines and headaches which was replied to as "oh well". Finally got them back today the 27Th, nearly a week and a half later and my parents who picked them up were told "well they usually won't be in the next day!". Well no but when you're told within a week and your customer is getting migraines and headaches from wearing lower prescription you should hope you would get better CUSTOMER SERVICE. What the hell even happened to duty of care or do you just not care at all? Absolutely disgusting. Lost my 10 years of customership.
