  Disappointed after reading a very recent review left by Aaron Stevens that this place would cut to size, I went in today anticipating that I would get the same great service and was told a very blunt “nope, we don’t do that”. I remarked that I had visited on the back of the recent review and was told sorry, that bloke must be full of it. Perhaps I should have phoned ahead first...

  My local branch is useless for the home handy person.
  It appears to be set up primarily for trades these days.
  Very little shelf stock and limited choices.

  Awesome people working here. The customer service was excellent. The grounds are well kept by me. Rubbish is removed. Staff are friendly, approachable and professional.
  They have a huge selection of tools both trade and domestic friendly.
  If you don't have it these guys will. Also that lawn is well looked after.
