  Average service at best. Staff are often hard to come by, during one of my visits I had to ask three times for someone to help with a car seat. Some staff are unsure of product features despite working in that department. My husband and I were looking forward to shopping for our first baby, but we tend to feel let down each time we visit here. Unfortunately there aren’t many other baby stores in the area.

  Good store, wide range of products. Can be a bit intrusive with all the staff offering different opinions on car seats (each suggests a different one), and they don't really let you browse quietly.

  Amazing service from the customer service team, walked us through all the prams and kept us laughing while trying to make a tricky choice! Super helpful, and really knowledgeable about their products.

  We went into Baby Bunting at Penrith to compare some prams for my daughter and I was assisted by a lovely lady named Elyssa. Elyssa couldn't help us enough, even though we weren't buying that particular day. We 'test drove' a number of prams and easily settled on the perfect one, which I'll definitely be purchasing at Penrith in the next couple of weeks. In the last couple of days I've been into the store twice and every single staff member I encountered was a credit to the store. They all genuinely appear to be passionate about their work. The depth of knowledge about the products available was highly impressive and the store has a lovely peaceful and calming atmosphere.

  We would like to give a shout out to Andrew for spending time with us to talk about their range in portacots, co-sleepers, car seats and baby carriers. His patience, expertise and advice across the products put us new parents at ease.

  Almost every time I have dealt with this store I have had things go wrong. This is he last straw. I ordered a White Alice cot for my daughter and needed it ASAP so I went and picked it up with my own car and now after work I was excited to set it up only to open the box and find that it was BROWN! now I have to call tomorrow and get this rectified. It is difficult enough for me to work out how to pick and this cot since I have a baby and limited car space and delivery is so expensive. After I get this rectified I will never be back again!!!

  Worst cistomer service ever.
  I have been to this place many times but they dont believe in customer service.
  Always big lines and staff is so clumsy even to process registers.
  Slowest staff ever
