  Working out with Caroline at Outright Change fitness has been fantastic. I’ve definitely improved in fitness and her strategic motivation gets me moving! Plus she always demonstrates exercises thoroughly and keeps it fresh by mixing up the routines each week. Set in the beautiful surrounds of Centennial Park, it’s the perfect way to start the weekend!

  Working out with Caroline at Outright Change Fitness is always great fun and an awesome way to start the weekend. Every session is different and pushes you to your limit. I love that the exercises can be tailored to your own individual needs and I always leave feeling like I’ve worked every muscle!

  I’ve been doing Outright Change Fitness’s bootcamp both in the park and online for almost a year and I love the variety of the exercises and sense of community. Caroline is a trainer with extensive knowledge and an incredible ability to provide alternatives for participants like me who have struggled with injuries whilst keeping the session challenging and enjoyable - always driving towards great results in terms of fitness! Highly recommended for all-comers
