This lady served me after my appointment, and corresponded over the phone.
I'll put it simple terms so she can understand.
Empathy.. is not a hard thing. You can pretend.
After getting told by Dr Martin, unable to help me, i was visibley upset.
I was ready to pay the specialist fee, which is not a low number.
I made a comment stating, $290 to tell me he cant help.. i was upset after all.
The comment by this lady was
"Not everyone can help, you know"
Over the phone.. rude and abruptly tells me, what's the point sending you an email if you not even going to check it. It went to my junk mail!
She was rude to my doctor, i could hear her over the phone, i already told you last week, she has to wait.
It doesn't take much to empathise, you are the face of and representing Dr Martin. PRETEND IF YOU HAVE TO.

They kicked my father out of the surgery because he could not speak proper English and could not fill out the forms. They told him he is to leave the surgery and come back with someone who can assist him. So rude and arrogant!!!!!!!!

People like this are so rare to find now a days. I was so happy to have meet him a ture professional. Thank you so much to doctor Brain Martin and his staff.
