  A big thanks to the Team at J'aime hair! I recently called up for a last minute appointment between Xmas and New Years and was offered to be seen straight away.
  The Salon was recommended to me by my Sister who has had 2 or 3 great colour and cuts from them in the last 6 months or so, (each time we visit family in Penrith).
  If only such a salon existed in London where I'm currently based- I'd be in there every month without fail! I'm tempted to fly home more often now!
  They are a friendly, bubbly and approachable Team who obviously love their craft and want the best for their clients.
  Great colour (I had a half head of foils and cut) and styling to rival some top-notch London salons which are up to three times the price!

  My hair came out looking and feeling absolutely amazing and I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout. Definitely will be back.

  Getting hair done for dinner plan Friday night. Very disappointed went to have roots lightened to match the rest of my hair. First attempt the roots turned out dark brown with my blonde hair. Told them this isn’t what I asked for second attempt Jamie said she would fix it, ended up with very orange gold roots, Still not right but was being told it’s beautiful perfect. Looks good. Still not happy. 4,1/2 hrs later, to be told I needed foils and toner to fix it. Didn’t have time to stay and have it fix. Had to pay $80 for a very poor job walk out very annoying told to come back to have it fixed. Called back in had to get price from Jamie to fix. Was told over the phone I had to pay $160 for the foils and she would cover the cost of the toner. Told them I’m not happy and I’ll go elsewhere. With no sorry nothing. This hasn’t been I the first time I’ve walked out unhappy But it will be the last.

  Very good customer service, professional hair cut. In the end my hair felt brand new!
