We paid Jimmy's Hand Car Wash $60 to clean our car. Staff damaged the windscreen and the Manager took no responsibility for it, telling us to claim for a new windscreen with our insurer.
We were due to go on a long family road trip the following morning which had to be delayed until the windscreen could be replaced.
