  Oxana terminated the enrollment of my child citing reason of aggressive behaviour towards staff member by parent. It is a lie in black and white and no particulars of aggressiveness ever provided. I did not even spoke to staff about any complaint. My complaints were expressed only in writing. When I spoke to carer in that school over phone, she confirmed that I have not even spoken to her about any of the complaints.
  
  Background :
  I raised some issues with Oxana in relation to supervision and child educator ratio. When I dropping off my child I saw some serious issues related to supervision. One was toddler crying and his snort going in his mouth. One carer taking photographs for marketing purpose. The other carer sitting and watching like 20 kids of mix age groups playing outside
  
  One parent told me that his boy got big mark near his eye and nobody saw how he fell down.
  
  Another incident where girl approx 5-6 years old being changed her clothes near computers(in front of all centre) instead of washroom which is due to the fact carer cannot leave other kids unattended.
  
  She violated her own enrollment and grievance policy. The matter has been raised with Department of Education who is investigating the complaint. I will keep updating the progress of investigation. Injustice is relatively easy to bear what stings is justice.
