- Houston Xue Added December 12, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Dishonest mechanics- went there with one flat tyre, and asked for the full sized spare in the boot to be fitted. We were told that we could go and it would be handled. Came back to be told that both rear tyres were replaced, because tyres always had to be replaced in pairs (okay sure) and that our spare tyre was the "wrong size". We knew this wasn't the case and asked him to show us- he couldn't access the spare wheel because of a bag in the boot, and obviously hadn't even checked it earlier. He then said that the other tyre needed to be replaced anyway and that we should keep the spare. Ultimately we just agreed since the price was reasonable (though apparently "at a loss" for them) and the other tyre only had a few months left in it anyway, but the dishonesty leaves a sour taste. We would not trust them with any more substantial work.
