  I have completed 3 shreds with LGFG!
  I can not recommend the team enough- the knowledge, support and time provided is fantastic! Although I participated in a group shred, Denver was able to see my calories were too low for me personally- Denver advised me how to overcome it so that I could achieve my weight loss goals- enabling me to drop 6kg in 6 weeks!
  Denver and Clarinda are an amazing support and your biggest cheerleaders

  I had been with the company for 5 years and due to the way the business is heading Denver cancelled my membership over the phone and I asked to even meet up with him for a coffee and chat and the request fell on deaf ears and membership cancelled over the phone.
  
  I am the guy who is in 75% of photos over the past 5 years. Before, during and after COVID.
  
  My time with the LGFG family, which all the clients are amazing and maybe after this I may lose some life long friends and 3 out 4 trainers currently actually care about your needs, however recently that number has declined.
  
  While Denver asks for constructive criticism this request was either met with Denver's way or completely ignored.
  
  The best example was Denver's poll he placed on the members page 2 years ago and asked where mornings were to be held, 3 options were given. While Jamison Park won via a landslide he chose not to listen and chose one of the other 2 options and lost people in the mornings.
  
  The people he did it for don't even come anymore.
  
  He listens to the minority not the majority.
  
  My journey can be split into 3 stages.
  1) My 1st 6 months I only did mornings and majority of the time I was the only person, Denver didn't even know who I was when we 1st met him 3 months into my journey and the way he treated me then was they way he treated me in the final phone call.
  
  I chose to ignore the 1st meeting as I thought he may have had a bad morning but no it wasn't unfortunately.
  
  2) The next 4 and half years I became a better person and the fittest I have ever been, this was due to previous trainers and 2 current trainers which one is Denver at times. i also put in the hard work with diet and fitness.
  He also tags me in posts asking that i walk with people on public holidays and I also won awards at the Christmas parties as he knew I was valued client . I was favorite until I spoke up.
  
  3) The final 12 months I tried my best to turn up to classes that weren't up to the previous standards set, either in lock down or when we came out of lock down however the final 2 classes before Denver decided it was time for me to leave was a no show by the trainer and attempted 40 minute class by a trainer. I as mentioned I even asked Denver to meet up and chat but the phone call was his way to let me go as I had spoken up to much.
  
  This might be the oldest boot camp in 'Penrith but the business needs to come into the new millennium.
  
  This was the hardest review I have had to write but Denver needs to understand that his business won't go forward if he keeps running it like he is and employing trainers who look disinterested and can't concrete in classes Tuesday nights at the moment are prime example of this. Normally you can leave that to us clients.
  
  New clients and trainers go elsewhere while it's good and you don't speak up about anything Denver loves you but if you speak up as a client or a trainer you are sent packing.
  
  Denver you can't delete a google review.
  
  Update after your response Denver - You are not sorry to me, if you were you would have been an adult and discussed my enquiry face to face like a human but you chose not to.
  You are not going to act like you did over the phone in a public forum and show people what you are really like.

  Joining LGFG was the best decision I ever made. I feel so much stronger, have more energy, lower body fat and feel so much healthier.
  Not once have i not felt welcome and I am lucky to be a part of such a determined team. Thanks Denver and the amazing trainers for their consistent positivity and motivation making training enjoyable while achieving results! I look forward to continuing on with my training and making a better healthier me!

  I highly recommend LGFG. I’ve been with them for many years now and very happy with their consistent professional service. I train with Denver four times per week and feel motivated and supported in achieving my fitness and food goals. I trust Denver and he goes above and beyond to give me the best experience.
