Maryann is very lovely and knowledgeable and I always feel like I am in very capable hands. But my favourite part of each visit is the wonderful receptionist. She is such a character and makes every visit enjoyable with her engaging, fun personality. I wish all customer service was this much fun. Love this place! I will happily recommend it to everyone.

After one visit and being realigned, I noticed a massive difference in the pain, straight away. I am looking forward to seeing Mary Anne weekly.

This is not a review of the chiropractor themselves, but of the reception staff.
I spoke to Julie to arrange an appointment and after I provided my details she proceeded to say goodbye - I responded to her with “I have a few more questions” (to know more about how long the sessions are and cost), but she continued to say “bye, bye, bye” and I tried to say again I had more questions, but she said bye again and hung up. I called back and she did apologise (hence 2 stars) as she believed it was a mistake, but I don’t agree as I said multiple times I had further questions and she just spoke over me.
