The chemicals used also stung my scalp both during my appointment and for half an hour after they were shampooed out. This has never happened before in the dozens of hairdressers I've used in the past and is a red flag to be cautious.

But my permanent straighten ive had here has been the most successful....thank you so much, I can actually wake up and wash my hair let it dry naturally and not worry about frizz (pubes) thanks again.....highly recommended!!!

Chrysella was lovely and welcoming and made me feel right at home. I have lived with thick, coarse, frizzy & wavy hair my whole life. I have tried keratin straightening before but it never worked for me. I washed my hair yesterday for the first time since the treatment and I am stunned at how straight and smooth it is! I just air-dried it and it looks like I used a straightening iron. I can't believe it has taken me so long to find this technique - my hair has never felt like this in 39 years. I am absolutely thrilled - thank you so much!!! Would definitely recommend this salon!
