- Andy Haslem Added May 10, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I informed the lady when I booked a scheduled service of my Impreza (at Subaru Penrith) that the seal around the windscreen had come loose and needed to be replaced. A week later when my appointment came around, I stressed this again. When I picked up the car, the service man didn't even mention it - until I pointed out that he hadn't fixed the problem. He made up some story about ordering it in and that he'd call me when it arrived. Three months later, no new seal, no call, no nothing. Very poor service. Andy

They will often warn of things that may come up by the next service so that you can monitor and also be aware of potential upcoming costs.
